Mr. Whritenour served with the United States Army for
twenty-one years. The major portion of his service was as a Special Agent with the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command. He also served as a Senior Latent Print Examiner/Training Officer with the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory where he developed latent finger, palm and foot prints on items of evidence thereafter comparing unknown latent prints to known prints and testifying in court to his findings. He also administered a two year resident course of instruction to individuals aspiring to become Latent Print Examiners.
After serving his country, Mr. Whritenour began a career as a Consultant to attorneys, private corporations, private individuals and law enforcement in the science of latent print identification. He is certified by the International Association For Identification as a Latent Print Examiner and has qualified as an expert in the field in Federal, State and Military courts of law.
